The Challenge
The main challenge was more than just consolidation. With so many separate sites, their core brand story was diluted and often inconsistent. For customers, finding the right information was confusing. Internally, managing content was inefficient and time-consuming. We also needed to solve a key technical problem: how to automatically show the right product information, like metric or imperial measurements, to visitors in different parts of the world. Crucially, their old setup lacked a clear path to turn website visitors into new business opportunities.
The Solution
This project was built on a foundation of trust. From our earliest conversations, the ROL Group team gave us the freedom to find the best path forward. Our shared journey began with mapping out a new, singular digital home for them. We designed a clean and intuitive user experience in Figma, focusing on a straightforward structure that would serve all their markets equally well.
We chose Webflow to build the site, giving us the power to create a fast, secure, and flexible platform that could cleverly handle the regional settings for products automatically. But a great website is only the beginning. To turn it into an engine for growth, we worked in close partnership with our sister company, Leadfront. Together, we connected the new site directly to HubSpot, building out their entire marketing and sales pipeline. This wasn't just a simple contact form; we created a complete system where calls to action on the site work with their digital marketing to bring in valuable leads, giving their sales team a clear and organized process to follow.
Result and Thoughts
The result is one cohesive digital platform that truly represents ROL Group’s global stature. Their team can now manage everything from one place, and their customers have a clear, simple experience no matter where they are. Most importantly, the website is now an active tool for growth, feeding their sales team with qualified leads through the seamless HubSpot integration.
